Barnaby & Mac conform to the Distance Selling Regulations, which are designed to protect you when buying items by Mail Order. You have the statutory right to cancel orders at any time within seven working days after the day the items were received. This applies to all our products, except DVDs where the sealed wrapping has been opened.

To cancel your purchase within the seven-working-day cooling-off period, you must inform us of your decision in writing - by letter or email.

We will refund you the full purchase price, less postage and packing charges, as soon as possible - and in any case within a maximum of 30 days. This is conditional on the goods being returned in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of cancellation.

Please note you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered them to you in error or the items were damaged or defective. We do not accept responsibility for returns lost or damaged in transit to us.

In the unlikely event that we cannot satisfy your order because the item is not available, we will contact you to offer an alternative. If a product arrives damaged, or is defective, please notify us within seven working days and we will replace it.
